CANCELLATION POLICY

I charge a 25% cancellation fee for any no shows or cancellations within 48hrs of the scheduled appointment. No Exceptions. Please Note: Late Arrivals - There is a 15 minute grace period. After the grace period your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged the 25% cancellation fee. Do not take advantage of your grace period. Constant late arrivals will ban you from booking in the future. No Shows - No Shows will be BANNED from future bookings and charged with 25% of the total balance. Please let me know if you will not make it to your appointment. Payment At Appointment - Venmo is allowed with a service tax fee ! If Paid with Cash or Zelle No Fee is applied. If paid with Card you be charged with a 3.5% processing fee + tax Service fee! Deposit- Please Note $30 Deposit is Non-Refundable. Deposits are collected to secure your spot. They are also used in cases where I need to purchase products that I may not have for your specific inspo design ! PLEASE NOTE Bathroom uses are not allowed ! Since I am currently taking people from home. And No Extra Guests are allowed. If you come in with nails not done by me, No Service will be done ! I will demand you to leave and your appointment will be cancelled with no deposit refunded and you will be charged with last minute cancellation fee !!!!
